Amazing Product, Warranty, and Customer Service
I made my initial purchase of this bed over 2 years ago, but I am coming back to leave a review after a recent customer service interaction. The bed itself is great quality. The material is thick and durable. The pump makes for fast blow up. The bumpers are perfect for toddlers.But the reason I came back to write this review, however, is because of how impressed I am with their customer service and lifetime warranty. Our mattress recently started to leak air and deflate overnight. I contacted hiccapop’s customer service and got a response within a few hours with instructions for how to get a replacement mattress through the lifetime warranty. Within 24 hours my replacement was shipped and on its way. It was so easy and quick I couldn’t believe it! Definitely worth every penny to have the lifetime warranty and amazing customer service!

In January 2023, I bought my first Hiccapop to accommodate grandchildren when sleeping over. Recently, the mattress of that Hiccapop began leaking. I needed a replacement in a hurry, so ordered a second Hiccapop which arrived the next day just in time for the arrival of grandchildren. The next week I contacted the company for a replacement mattress for the first Hiccapop and after I provided the requested information, they immediately sent out a new mattress. Hiccapop service was exemplary and so is the product. It’s simple to use and store, and travels easily. I recommend highly!

Great Toddler Travel Bed!
I bought this for a few trips with our almost 4-year-old. It was easy to travel with (even brought it in a suitcase in our checked baggage), super quick to blow up, and seems to be high quality. Our son slept great on this and was very excited to have his own bed on vacation – and made it so we could have our own bed too! Highly recommend. We added a crib sheet, blanket, and pillow. I looked at other versions, but the lifetime replacement was what ultimately sold it to me.Â

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I purchased this product after reading reviews that mentioned the ease of replacement should there be a problem. After 2 years of using the hiccapop for my grandsons weekly nap at our house a slow leak began. I contacted the company and they were very helpful. They made the replacement procedure very easy. My grandson is very comfortable in this bed. If you are wavering on what to get….just do it. It is a quality product!

Love, Love, Love these beds. Bought them to have a place where my grandkids could be comfortable enough to actually sleep while on vacation. Worked perfectly. They loved having their own place to lay down. The beds come with an air pump. Easy to set up and take down. They completely exceeded my expectations and the Lifetime Guarantee is a plus. Purchased this bed initially over a year ago but just reviewed it now! My toddler loves sleeping in it and itâs super easy to blow up and take down. Recently the outer, bumper portion started leaking air..no noticeable hole. I contacted customer service and within a week had a new one arrive in the mail..with only 2 emails back and forth and completely free of charge! Excellent customer service! 100% recommend!

I use this as an everyday bed. I’ve had it for a year now I can say that the creases has began to Crack at around the 9 month mark and air leaks out slowly. I used the glue and patch kit that came with it and so far it’s held up ok. I highly doubt it will last another year.

Weâve had our hiccapop toddler travel bed for a few years now, and itâs still holding up like a champ! Itâs come with us on road trips, plane travel, camping, hotel stays, and grandmaâs house â and itâs never let us down.The safety bumpers are a lifesaver (especially during those wiggly toddler sleep phases), and the bed inflates quickly with the included pump. We tested it during a local getaway and my toddler loved it. Then we took it on a European trip (all that extra weight in the suitcase!), but it was NOT compatible with the overseas voltage even with the adapter & converter. What a waste. Turns out, this info was on their website and user manual, but obviously it was not that visible.

UPDATE SEPT 2021: BE AWARE!!! I just went to request a replacement mattress for this bed as there was a leak. I reached out to Amazon about the warranty and they stated that I needed to reach out to the seller. The seller said it wasn’t their problem and told me to bring it up with the manufacturer and I was just told today that the manufacturer DOES have a lifetime warranty on this product BUT the lifetime warranty is NOT VALID in CANADA! I have opened a case with Amazon to escalate this to the seller B&B GLOBAL INC. in hopes to get my replacement.I will add that the MANUFACTURER has been AMAZING to deal with throughout this ordeal. If you are in the US – this is a great product and backed by a great manufacturer. Any buyers in CANADA – BEWARE!!!This bed is super easy to setup and to pack up. I’ve had no issue with it leaking air/deflating. My little guy (2.5yrs) loves it. He sleeps so well in it and the sides are high enough that it keeps him from falling out. I would definitely recommend this product!
