Perfect RV Mattress
we purchased this bed in a box to replace the original one that came with our camper. Set up was so easy and we had zero issues. we slept in it this past weekend and it was very comfortable. We were hesitant to purchase a mattress in a box for cheap, but this was well worth it. if you are on the fence, don’t be. Just buy it!!

First time purchasing a bed in a box and I was impressed with how quickly it opened up after cutting the plastic off. There wasnât any lingering Oder after. Mattress is firm but the topper is soft which makes it really comfortable

Expanded Well Not sure if the Med Plush is true.
Bought the Med Plush option and when looking at them asked Rufus what the difference was from the Med. Rufus Stated the Manufacture did not have any thing on the difference except price 30 bucks cheaper. I always go with Cheaper when no Difference in build. Little Chem Smell But three days resting before putting into service aired it out fine.

Firm and comfy
I purchased two of the Twin XL mattresses (to be used on my king sized bedframe) These are fantastic! I read A LOT of reviews before deciding on these and can say I am glad these are the ones I chose. Both myself and my husband have back issues (He broke his back and hip in an accident 2 years ago, and I ruptured multiple disks in my back a few years ago and now have Spinal Arthritis- at 40/41 years old I keep saying we are far too young fore the backs we have and the sleeping issues caused by them lol) So to say we are INCREIDBLY picky about this kind of thing is an understatement, we are MASSIVE critics on this type of thing and will pick apart any issues we have with them lol We have ZERO complaints with these mattresses!If you are looking for a super plush/soft mattress these are NOT one ones for you! (Just putting that out there) We prefer a firmer/more supportive mattress but also want a little bit of “pillow softness” on the top and these 100% fit the bill! Its just enough pillowtop that you dont have any pressure point issues on any position (He sleeps on his back and sides, I am a stomach and side sleeper so we cover all positions lol) They come rolled up in a box and say to wait more than 24 hours before laying on them to give them time to inflate fully, well, we didnt do that hahahaha We had them in living room when we opened them (the new bed frame wasnt arriving until the next day and we wanted to get them out to follow the instructions and let them fully expand overnight) As soon as the seal/plastic was cut away they almost instantly expanded fully-within about 10 minutes the sided and corners were fully expanded and sturdy. So we decided to lay on them in living room and watch tv to test them out, they were PERFECT and usable without issue in around 30 minutes total. HIGHLY recommend!

the mattress was packed nicely and shipped to me, did not take much space very convenient. Now I am sleeping on it everyday, I really like how comfortable and how it feels. the thickness is just right! looks really durable too!! I would recommend buying this mattress

Updated review after response from company about getting a refund
Update: after another email, and my initial negative review, I received a response claiming they had responded and it must have gone to my spam folder. After several more emails back and forth, they have agreed to a refund. So I will amend my rating from one star to three stars – not excellent, but not bad.Original review: The company advertises a 100 day trial period, during which they will refund your money if you are not satisfied. We contacted them after about 80 days that the mattress was too soft for both my wife and I, and that we wanted a refund. Their response was to say that the problem wasn’t with the quality of the mattress, but that maybe the top layer was too thin for us. They wanted to give us $60 toward a firm mattress topper (which is nowhere near enough for a good quality topper) instead of offering to refund our money.I replied that we just wanted our money back, and we have not received a response back (it’s been 10 days). There is no phone number available to call, so I feel like we may be out $200+. Very unsatisfactory customer service.

Good product.
So far, so good. Gave the mattress 55 hours to recover in a warm room. Everything appears normal and the mattress feels normal. Do not see any problems.
