Here is all you need to know about the Inofia company and their customer service team! This is a Superb, Compassionate company and team that stands behind their product!! I cannot say enough great things about how they helped me through my whole experience. While the mattress did not work for our needs, I decided to reach out to them and talk about it. They were very prompt on getting back to me and Lily ( Customer Service Representative ) was so caring and compassionate during our challenging time we are going through. The amount of kindness and thoughtfulness that Lily showed us and her Family Feel Communication in our emails back and forth, left me astonished! I feel that if companies held themselves to the standard that Inofia does it would restore confidence in people purchasing items they need or want. Lily was completely genuine and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy and comfortable. I know there is a lot of praise in this review, but I’m just not used to companies actually caring and wanting to do something right, versus other companies who just look at you as a number or a dollar amount and how can we quickly make you go away. The challenging time that me and my girlfriend are in, money is extremely tight. Inofia’s responses and emails and timeliness, truly left me feeling, like we were part of their family. I was amazed by the integrity they showed for themselves and us and I would highly recommend them without reservation. I normally do not write reviews, because I’m slow at typing and terrible at punctuation but I wanted a great company to get the recognition that they earned and deserved! I would absolutely and confidently purchase from them again. So comfortable for 4 years now!
I have had this mattrezs for 4 years now, and I absolutely love it. It is my favorite mattress in the house, (and we have always had Tempur pedics in the master) This is a twin in my office and it is indescribably comfortable! I am 6′ 250lbs and it has never lost its shape! I promise you will love this mattress! Thank you Inofia!!!

Good Value
This mattress is a good value. It was delivered early. It opened easily and expanded to the published size. I let it sit for 24 hours before using. The first night I slept 2 hours longer than I normally do and that has been consistent the past few nights. It is very comfortable. I would say itâs medium firm but I realize everyone has their own firmness measurement scale. The sides are not super stiff but I donât care as I donât sit on the edge of the bed much and I do not feel in any danger of rolling out. The only downside is the mattress sleeps a little hot. Iâve ordered a bamboo cover to protect the mattress and see if it helps with the heat.

Great value for a comfortable mattress
Purchased for my son. He loves it so comfortable and has some cooling properties. I wouldn’t say it overly cools so don’t buy it just for that. I would recommend the mattress for price and comfort its a great value. Considering purchasing in a larger size for my room.

We bought this mattress for our granddaughter. She is coming this weekend stay with us.We purchased a 12 inch mattress and wished we had bought a 8 or 10 inch. The 12 is pretty high.Other than that the mattress is very nice.

I feel this mattress is more firm than what the description implies…
I have had this mattress for almost a year now and I find it’s description of firmness not exactly accurate. I find the mattress to be REALLY FIRM, much more firm than the description describes. If I had known just how firm it was, I would have never purchased it.I know each person’s firmness level is different, what one person might describe as extra firm, another person may find it to be extremely hard. Yet from the reviews that I have read so far, the firmness of this mattress seems to be consistent, it is firm.As for me, I find it to be, firm to hard.I thought after some time it would soften, unfortunately that hasn’t been my experience. I purchased the mattress in June of 2024, it is now June of 2025 and the mattress hasn’t softened very much at all and I wish I had returned it before the 100 days were up, but I kept thinking it would soften given more time. Unfortunately that hasn’t been my experienceFor those looking for a firm mattress, this one will serve you well, for those wanting medium firmness, I would choose another mattress. As I said each person has their own idea/ feeling of what type of firmness feels like but my opinion is that this mattress is firm.
