Perfect
Bought this for my grandsons new low loft bed, was a little concerned that it was going to be crappy at 5 inches. Once at full expansion I was very surprised at how firm and comfortable it is. And safe for these type of beds.

We bought a max and lilly low bunk bed and their mattresses for it. Mattresses are so soft and light easy to move and my son loves his new bed!

Stay away! Uncomfortable and misleading on depth
Terrible mattress and even more diappointing customer service. We purchased a twin and full 8in. Mattress to go with our max and lily bunk bed. After giving both time to expand, neither expanded beyond 4 in. And the corners all curled up. Max and lily replaced both but new mattresses sent were exactly the same and we were told “too bad” ended up giving away both and buying from another company. Waste of time and money. We’ll likely not shop worth this company again

Comfortable
Usually memory foam mattresses are sort of uncomfortable and hot, but these are great. Perfect for bunk beds, and great for kids.

I read quite a few reviews before purchasing these that complained about them not really being 5 inches and that was true for me as well. We let these expand for a week and they only got to 3 inches. At the moment our twin toddlers donât seem to mind but we will be having to add a mattress topper for comfort or buy more later.

Stay far far away
We purchased two mattresses, a full and a twin. They were delivered in late Sep. The twins used for a trundle, and has never really been used (minus a few hours of my 28 lb son sleeping on it). The full mattress is insanely uncomfortable, Iâve already purchased a replacement. Unfortunately they donât except returns so itâs a loss. But I value my kids back and overall comfort and this thing was pure trash.The twin⦠well the picture is of the twin. The cover burst off and is officially broken. Again, this mattress is new and not used. Itâs a trundle bed in a toddlers room. I am horrified and disgusted that they think itâs OK to sell this. I wrote a review for both on the max and Lily website but neither made it up. They were polite, I think they just donât want one star reviews. So maybe this will make it up as a warning to other parents. Steer clear!

Uncomfortable, feel bed frame underneath
Purchased directly from max and Lily website along with a bed frame, and the frame worked out really well, but this mattress is not comfortable (even smaller kids sadly), and return policy is nonexistent once you open the mattress (and no trial period provided like competitors). Tried providing feedback to their customer service without receiving a reply, and tried to leave a review on their website, which was never posted. Disappointing mattress and experience.
