A very good upgrade from an air mattress!
After my queen size air bed developed a leak after almost a year’s use, I upgraded to this item. Although I was a bit skeptical of purchasing a mattress that was in a box, I went for it. I was able to unwrap it and place it on the platform bed that I had. The instructions say to place it zipper down. As I found no zipper, I ended up having to flip the mattress over (I chose the wrong side). This corrected, I allowed the mattress to fully open-up for several hours. Last night (5.8.25) I slept on it. It did take a little getting used to, but I was quickly asleep. The mattress provided enough support, and I slept soundly. I recommend this mattress to anybody who’s looking to upgrade from an air mattress.

THERE IS NO RETURN!!!!!!In order to return a mattress you must send it back in its original packaging.Does anyone own an industrial strength vacuum sealer so you can remove the air from the mattress, roll it and stuff it into the box it came in.If you can’t do that, you will need to find a box large enough to repackage itYou will also need to ship it to Calgary. Amazon will reimburse up to $3.99 per shipment.So, okay, there’s a BAD FAITH return policy. It is a completely misleading sales sham. If you happen to be the schmuck that bought this terrible mattress you will never get a dime back.The mattress is uncomfortable, you slide off the sides, there is no integrity at the edges. The first time I sat on it, I slid off to the ground.It’s springy like one of those old timey mattresses your parents had.It requires weight to properly work in an adjustable bed frame.Can not recommend. Would never buy another mattress from Amazon
