Tips
A mild odor from the PVC is normal. Air out the product in a well-ventilated area for a few days. It meets international safety standards.Avoid sudden impacts on the air mattress to prevent strap breakage or seam splits. Max weight capacity: Queen Size: 500 lbs, Twin Size: 300lbsBefore use, ensure the floor is free of nails, blades, or other sharp items that could puncture the product. This product is not designed for flotation.Use in temperatures above 50°F (10°C). After delivery, let it sit at room temperature for 24 hours before inflating.Keep the pump dry and away from moisture. Store it in a cool place, away from fire, heaters, and direct sunlight.In cold weather, keep it indoors. Using it cold may cause cracks at the folds.Due to the flexible nature of PVC, the product may initially appear 2-4 inches smaller because of material contraction. After inflation and a few days of use (or 1-2 refills), the PVC will stretch and return to its intended size. This is not a defect.Inflatable products lose air over time. Refill every 3–5 days, or daily during the first few days. Use the included pump for about 1 minute or until it stops automatically. Avoid overinflation, as it may cause strap breakage or irreversible bulging.
How to inflate/deflate the air mattress?

Do I need to keep the air mattress plugged when it is fully inflated?
No. Please unplug it from the electric outlet when not in use.
Will the air mattress stay inflated overnight?
Yes, the built-in pump will keep it inflated.
However, if you find your air mattress loses firmness, it could be the stretching out of the material and the temperature. Please inflate one more cycle and keep the temperature warm when that happens.
What electrical voltage outlet works for the air mattress?
120 V AC outlet ONLY
Do I need to use bed sheets on it?
The bed has a flocked top, which is very comfortable to sleep in. Of course, any twin-size sheets can be used on the air mattress if you’d like.

It’s good. Does the job. I sleep on it every night. It’s comfortable. Got it a few months ago and still holding up well. Holds air well. I got it at a great price. I have bought a few of these and this is one of my better purchases.

UPDATE:07/14/2025Bed Has been stored in my closet inside bagsupplied since first use, upon getting the bed.When I brought it on a trip last month, found does not hold air through the night. Had to keep adding air throughout the nightSince itâs Past return date Iâm requesting a replacement with the seller Simpli Comfy.under the one year warranty. I heard back quickly on initial contact with seller . Iâve complied with their requests of pics/videos which Iâve sent.So now itâs a waiting game. Hopefully theyâll stand-by their product. Will update after all is resolved. Iâve never completed a warranty claim through Amazon before so weâll see how it goes! Maybe I just got a âlemonâ bed. Iâd check other reviews for this issue before purchasing this particular bed. My previous air bed lasted 5+years and paid half the price & then was lost in a fire. I bought this on sale during prime day sale, so for the price Iâd purchase it again. Of course we will see how well it keeps the air where it belongs.deflated nicely.

Great sleeping arrangement for guests
I got this for my guests and it worked perfectly. I liked that it was tool, like a bed. So even though it’s a mattress you stiil feel like you are not sleeping on the floor. It’s steady, a bit hard, which is not bad. We added some blankets under the sheet and it worked well. Easily stored in the little bag that comes with it. Great product. Highly recommend!

Did not work out for me
Bed had good height but it would not stay inflated. I tried a few nights but had to refill multiple times through the nights. No obvious rips and I couldn’t find where it was leaking. Item returned.

What kind of pump quality is being delivered. There has been no revert from the seller. Keeping the product without inflating it is useless. Itâs not been a month of using the air mattress. I hope this gets addressed ASAP.
