Soft
I love how soft this bed is. I sometimes sit on the edge and almost fall off because its so soft lol. Its great for my back since my car accident. It rose up quickly and no smell. It also is actually 14″ despite the reviews. I love high beds. I just suggest a bed frame that is compatible for this height of mattress or else it’ll take the height from the headboard.

Super Comfortable and Great Value for the Price!
I bought this 10-inch twin mattress for my daughterâs room and Iâm honestly impressed! It came neatly rolled in a box and was super easy to unpack and set up. Within a few hours, it fully expanded and was ready to sleep on. No weird smell either, which I appreciated. The comfort foam on top gives it a soft feel, while the pocketed springs provide great support. My daughter says itâs really comfortable and sheâs been sleeping great on it. I laid on it myself and was surprised at how well it isolates motionâno bouncing when he moves around. Itâs also CertiPUR-US certified, which gives me peace of mind about the materials. For the price, this mattress is a steal. Perfect for a kidâs room, guest bed, or even a dorm. Highly recommend!

No customer service. Worthless warranty.
Their âguaranteeâ is garbage. No one ever answers phone. No way to leave message. No other way to contact them. Then they call you back at random times from unrecognizable numbers. Missed every call bc they were at night and numbers I did not recognize. 6 months with this mattress and my back hurts more than ever. Several months trying to contact them. Leaving review was my last resort. Itâs also crazy heavy so you will need help to even turn it on bed.

Sleeps well
Had ordered an 8″ mattress and a metal bed frame with headboard and the bedframe came in first causing me to realize that I needed a 10″ mattress to fill the depth from the frame up to the height necessary to fit with the headboard style. I cancelled one order and got a “plush” rated 10″ mattress The top layer is soft and comfortable while the bottom layer is firm enough to prevent any backache. Also it is easier to stand up from the higher mattress. 2 inches makes a difference.

I bought this 10 inch mattress to use with my new Murphy bed. Iâve never had a mattress from a box before, but Iâve heard about off gassing. This mattress had ZERO off gassing. Once unrolled it plumped to 9â in minutes. It was 10â and ready to use in an hour or so. I did tug on the corners when I noticed they werenât plumping up. That did the trick. I laid down on it to test it out and it was just as comfy if not more comfortable than my own bed. The instructions were minimal, but itâs not rocket science.Itâs heavy when unboxing, but I guess not heavy in the Murphy bed world. I had to remove 2 springs from the bed frame in order for the mattress/bed to stay down. The pillowtop side of the mattress is very nice. The underside seems like it could use a layer of something because you can feel the coils.I donât know how long this mattress would last with daily use, but for occasional use in my guest room, this mattress, for this price, is perfect!

Amazon matters is the way to go for sure. I was not sure if it was gonna be good or not but Iâve been sleeping on it for a while and it is super comfy not to hard or soft itâs a great mattress.
